Course Overview

This short-course will introduce you to the LGBTQ+ acronym, and expand your understanding and literacy of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression.

 Topics: 

  • The meaning of LGBTQ+

  • Understanding the difference between gender and sexuality

  • Pronouns and why they are important

  • Appropriate language and confidence using it
