An employer's guide
Issue's in the workplace are common but, what is important to remember is, that most issues can be resolved quickly and informally if you discuss them directly with those involved.
As managers it's easy to get caught up in the day to day business but it's important for staff moral that you take the time to discss issues as they come arise, burying them under the carpet can lead to miscommunications and a unhappy work enviroment.
